Currently, we are looking to fill the following positions:
Board Member
This is a volunteer position and requires a commitment of approximately 1.5 hours per month and a few hours per year for special events or meetings. As a member of the board of directors, you will serve as a trusted advisor and help define the direction of CRASH. You will weigh in on defining expectations, approving the annual budget, and reviewing reports.
The only job criteria are a minimal time commitment, an interest in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and a desire to help provide the best possible program available for those suffering from addiction.
Former clients of CRASH, their family members, and their friends are especially welcome. Please help us to help others gain what you have.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor (Full or Part Time)
In this position, you will conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, lead various educational groups, and completely timely client documentation. Working one-on-one with a small caseload, you will develop and implement client treatment, recovery, and transition plans. You will also participate in team efforts, such as case conferences, staff meetings, and in-service trainings.
This position requires certification by an NCCA accredited organization recognized by the State of California Department of Health Care Services as a Substance Abuse Counselor or registered and actively working toward certification. Registration or Certification MUST remain current at all times.
Staff Assistant (Full or Part Time)
In this position, you will ensure the security and safety of clients through the overnight hours. You would make regular rounds throughout the night, be available for crisis intervention, field telephone calls, and make referrals as needed. You will also be called upon to assist with documentation and tracking of clients’ weekly progress. This position requires you to stay awake, to be kind, compassionate, and calm in all situations. It would also be nice if have computer skills or at least be willing to learn.
